| CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS | ||

| When a customer cancels an application, they may be eligible for a refund after deduction of an amount of 60.00 ANG ($33.70 USD) for administrative charges. If work on the application was already carried out, the hours spent will be charged appropriately. |
