Stichting Kadaster- en Hypotheekwezen St. Maarten, or Cadastre & Land Registry, is a private Foundation established on St. Maarten in 1999. Its primary objective is to execute the managerial tasks of “Cadastre and Public Registries” as laid down in the applicable legislation, rules, and regulations. Its main activities consist of maintaining the public registries on St. Maarten and providing surveying services on St. Maarten and abroad as needed.
